Customer web portal overview
The simple but highly effective drag and drop web-based interface allows for changes to be made in a PBX call flow at any time.
Full control of account billing, ordering of new services, PBX management, advanced call reporting, number portability and administrative control is accessible from the same customer portal.
How to create a PBX call flow
The PBX uses easy to understand block diagram interface, where user can simply drag & drop new objects and connect them together in the visual call flow diagram. Changes applied instantly with one click of a button without affecting active calls.
Time conditions — set the right time for each call
Calls can be diverted to different destinations based on time of day or days of the week. For example, calls can be diverted straight to voicemail after business hours or in case you have offices in different time zones — the call won't go to the office that's already closed but to the one that's still opened!
Need to split one call into an entire team? Use ring group
Ring group feature allows you to configure a call for a group of users in your hosted PBX. For example, you have a separate sales group and a support team — every time users call a specific number, all members of the group will receive this call simultaneously. Don't let your calls to be missed!
Voice menu — let callers to choose what they want
Interactive voice response menu provides callers with a greeting and number of interactive options which allows them to be directed to the appropriate department, person or information. Extremely useful if you have a lot of traffic and want to optimise the call flow!
Can't answer the phone? Use enhanced call queue
If you are unable to pick up a call immediately, the call can be placed in a queue with your custom music on hold. Set your own announcements, change the maximum wait time and even interval between rings with a ring type. A queue can be set up for different users and types of devices — use queue and never miss a single call!
More than two people? Use conference and go unlimited
You can organise conference calls with an unlimited number of participants along with regular conference calls. You can either provide a person with a special virtual number or simply dial number from your own VoIP phone and then transfer the call to 'Virtual conference room'. Record the conference call for the future, use music on hold and add special signals when someone enters or leaves the call.
